Future Explorers Program (FEP)

Students participating in the Future Explorers Program work on intriguing project topics such as "Mission Patches," "Toys in Space," "Living and Working in Space," and "Solar System Vacation" throughout the academic year, receiving preliminary information via video conferences from a Space Camp Turkiye expert. Unlike the PSSP, this program also conducted in Turkish, allows schools to participate on their own without being a "partner school"; they complete the activities described in the educational package and share their presentations.

At the end of the year, students participating in the Galactic Summer Camp, also known as the Future Explorers Summit, held at Space Camp Türkiye, have the privilege of meeting special visitors. Participants in this program in past years have had the opportunity to ask their questions about space to experienced scientists through video conference connections with Ed Van Cise, a Flight Director at NASA, Astronaut Dorothy Lindenburger, and Astronaut Nicole Passonno Stott.

This program, which is not available for individual participation and is exclusive to school groups, can be joined by filling out the online "FEP Information Request Form."

At the end of the year, students who exhibit their jointly prepared projects at a science fair at Uzay Kampı Türkiye also get to experience the Galactic Summer Camp, where they learn about different cultures, form new friendships, and develop their personal skills.

The Galactic Summer Camp is a summer camp program option for children aged 9-15. The scientific and fun activities offered at the Galactic Summer Camp provide a unique opportunity for children to make the most out of their summer vacations by learning while having fun and making new friends.

Participants of the International Summer Camp programs, which are organized with the participation of students from different countries and presented entirely in English, have the opportunity to improve their English and perhaps form long-lasting friendships with peers from foreign countries. The trainings, offered in a safe environment that meets international standards, utilize unique educational tools such as the Generation Mars Interactive Exhibition Area, Discovery Space Shuttle, and space station models; interactive games and activities are provided to boost children's confidence and support their mental and social development.
