Space Camp Turkey organized a special program to 14 students with Down syndrome coming from Ahmet Şefika Kilimci Special Education Application Center. Students toured the Space Station Module and the Discovery Space Shuttle Simulator located at the training center while learning about stars in the digital planetarium. Students were under the supervision of four teachers and two vice-principals. The tour which was organized under the collaborative work of Space Camp Turkey's main company founder ESBAS’s Food Establishments Unit and Izmir Association of Cooks, ended with hamburger menu catering to children.
